Make a list of all these things and interweave them into your day. Every time you are waiting in line or at a traffic
light, slip a couple of these activities in. On top of that, take 1-5 minutes out of each hour to do these things. This is
called an "integration strategy".
When you create a solid integration strategy that works for you personally, then you cultivate a powerful momentum below
the level of consciousness toward profound peace and bliss and general stress relief. You will only be aware of a small percentage
of what is occurring. Suddenly, you will have a profoundly heightened ability to bring yourself profound peace in any given
moment without stress products.
After a couple of days or a couple of weeks, meditation becomes so much easier to do without spending a heap of money
on anti-stress products.
Meditation techniques mainly tend to differ according to the object of focus. The object of focus can be the breath,
a line of a prayer, a mantra, a song, an image of a spiritual figure, a candle flame - anything. It is important for your
stress relieving strategy to find your most compatible object of focus.
It can be difficult to find all the grounding and centering exercises and the object of focus that one needs to develop
a solid stress strategy without stress relieving products such as herbs and what not. Finding the time to do it
can also be an issue.
