“Don’t forget to marvel at the wonders of the world.” reminds Kuan Yin.

“Oh wow.” exclaims Lena. “I’m seeing so many beautiful things. I see a flower. Oh, now a lizard. A bumblebee! Unseen things! Energies. Plants! Raindrops!”

We are not meant to suffer, nor are we destined to endure endless entrapping, “made-up” realities. Rather, releasing whatever obstructive beliefs one might possess could open the way to the realization that personal attention and intention are central to the attraction of reality. Therefore, focus on the expansive possibilities within yourself. A form of appreciation, marveling allows us to continue the process by internalizing those beneficial elements surrounding us.

What, according to Kuan Yin, is true marveling? In the following passage, Ms. Lees describes marveling as an empathetic act, wherein one actually opens to, melds with and consequently alters the object being marveled at. Indeed, as this is a reciprocal relationship, the one who marvels will also be profoundly changed:

“Kuan Yin is here observing a lotus. However, she’s more than observing it; she’s being with it, meditating upon it, appreciating it. She’s focused very intently on the lotus as if she is conversing with it. - Lena Lees

Paramount to the marveling process is the development of a specific kind of focus: what Kuan Yin terms as “focused intent”. Developing “moment to moment consciousness” allows us to perceive a given object in a deep and personal way. Kuan Yin declares that “bringing the mind into the present is the link to eternity and that true meditation is the acceptance of no past or future”.

Genuine marveling ultimately requires that one fully be with the object. You at once “think yourself there”, move in change and appreciate that which you are also observing. Momentarily liberated from time and space, you quite effortlessly encounter your own divinity.

An essential purpose of Kuan Yin’s shape shifting is to remind us of the boundlessness of the human spirit; that behind all physical manifestation is the rock solid scaffolding of your beliefs and their resulting resonance. She wants us to know that all matter whether animate or inanimate, visible or invisible is alive and that acts of marveling and compassion are integral to the spiritualization of matter.

The challenge for humanity, then, is to balance the artificial time scaffolding of ego-centered consciousness with effective focused intent: where your place your attention. Regard time and space as a sacred gift: a temporary anchor within an ever-shifting universe. Skillfully managing these can lead to empowerment. Such a vibrant focus is suddenly a powerfully magnetizing force that may nurture and sustain you. This is the profound power of marveling and being grateful for your life. The following represent Kuan Yin’s tips for marveling:

  • Begin with marveling at the beauty of nature.

  • Immerse yourself in the beauty of the world.

  • You are already always that!

  • There is only eternity, knowledge and bliss.

  • Being in the moment is one’s link to eternity.

  • True meditation is acceptance of no past or future.

  • When one brings spirit into the human realm, it can spiritualize matter. Matter can then become lighter, (indeed liberated), not so dense, as before.

There have been, throughout the millennia, historical accounts of visions of Eastern deity of Compassion, Kuan Yin and the wisdom thereby imparted. In 2004, during an otherwise ordinary hypnosis session, Hope Bradford’s client, Lena Lees, began to spontaneously channel the modern Law of Compassion teachings and parables of this ancient deity. In these ‘interesting times’, Kuan Yin’s message of love and compassion is authentic as it is timely. Known and worshipped throughout the world, She addresses the human condition with great clarity. Riveted by Kuan Yin’s assertion of “the great mix of karma and free will”, Hope Bradford continues to write about Kuan Yin’s spiritual precepts.
