Eating Mindfully? Hours of Mindful Eating Tips Now Free

Tom Von Deck, corporate meditation trainer, speaker, author and owner of The Ultimate Stress Blog

The Mindfulness Diet creator Doug Hanvey has announced that he is offering his $200 audio course for free as an mp3 download. He is doing this in the spirit of “dana” (generosity) for all who want to learn how to improve their lives with mindful eating.

I can tell you that mindful eating improves digestion and absorption of nutrients, and can even help some people lose weight. It’s also a helpful piece of the puzzle of daily peace. There is also a lot moreĀ  to this practice than chewing and tasting your food well. Doug offers hours of audio instruction at his website. The CD version contains at least 9 CD’s.

Interestingly, as of this writing, you don’t even need to opt into an email list to enjoy the full course. It’s not too often that there’s no catch whatsoever.

Grab your goods and have hours and hours of fun at the website below.
