The POWER OF MEDITATION serves to connect you directly to your source, your own inner self. The more you engage in the various practices of meditation, the more you connect directly with the source of all that is. Your own inner strength, Your own inner wisdom, Your own inner knowledge, Your own inner soul power. Your own inner self.
When you have made this connection, and then strengthened it with practice – much as you get stronger every time you do your gym workout every practice session – the greater your inner stamina and strength grow. The greater your resiliency grows – resiliency to handle the slings and arrow, ups and down, changes massive and small that occur on a daily basis in the process of living on this planet.
THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS is a refreshing current of new and fresh energy that flushes away that which is old and no longer of service to you in your current life path.
Inner house cleaning, inner house keeping, inner refreshing is as necessary for our human energy system as it is for other aspects of our earthly life – our daily shower, brushing our teeth, taking out the trash, cleaning the refrigerator of old blue-velvet gift-wrapped packages on the back shelf.
In this short yet powerful forgiveness meditation, we combine these two powerful currents to enact an overhaul of our inner being – flushing out old and rotten debris from our emotional and mental bodies. In the process, we feel lighter and more energetically physically. We also feel lighter spiritually – in our body of knowledge and increasing wisdom as we traverse the journey of life.
We also become calmer, and more at peace with ourselves and others around us.

Here is a simple breathing exercise, and a meditative prayer to some forces we shall call “The Angels of ForGIVEness”.
Since “Angels” is a word covering many ideas and meanings – similar to the phrase “Higher Power” – feel free to interpret this word as fits your own experiences and belief system. Beings of light or higher powers who help humanity are known and called by many different names in different societies on earth.
If you wish, you can call this energy the intelligent force of ForGIVEness if that is easier for your mindset to accept.

Please write down names of people, events or situations you would like to ForGIVE now.
Things that hold pain in your heart.
Things that make you ache and hurt somewhere in your body, heart, soul, or mind.
Now, if you have to, have a good cry.
Or laugh til your belly hurts.
Sigh deeply.
Let the sad, painful, hurtful feelings come to the surface.
Feel them – just a little – not too much – in your physical body.
Do not beat yourself up. OK?
Just love yourself for having the courage to let some painful memory or experience come out of the bag.
And if it is VERY painful,
My Special Friend, then just let a LITTLE bit out of the bag.
Or even just PEEK into the bag. Scary and bad feelings are very real, and you must respect them.
For painful, bad, and scary feelings are very powerful.
Once upon a time, they protected you.
Now, just permit yourself to see that they exist.
That is very important to draw your power back out of them.
For YOU have put your power into them in the first place.
But here is a special secret . . .
Just as painful, bad, and scary feelings can be very powerful to keep you in check and protect you, they can ALSO be used to free you from the old memories, experiences, and lessons.
We are going to learn to free yourself from these very old, painful, and scary feelings.
And set you free.
And reclaim your very own energy and your very own divine inner power.
The 7 Easy Steps to ForGIVEness Guided Meditation

Step 1
Did you know there are Special Angels just for ForGIVEness?
So you can ASK the Angels of ForGIVEness to come and help you forgive.
As a matter of fact, the special Angels of ForGIVEness just want to help you.
BUT,
YOU MUST ASK THEM.
For no one’s free will can be violated. So they cannot come to your assistance uninvited.
YOU MUST ASK them to help you.
You can also ask and invite your very own special guides and angels who come from the realms of unconditional love and light to help you, too.
When you ASK them, The Forgiveness Angels will
UNSNARL ALL THE PAINFUL KNOTS INSIDE YOUR HEART, YOUR MIND, & YOUR BODY.
YOU MUST ASK THE ANGELS OF FORGIVENESS TO HELP YOU!
ANY way that you ask them will work.
Just speak to them as to Friends.
For they ARE YOUR Very Special Friends come to help you at this time.
Step 2
Remember some person, event, or experience that is painful – that has you tied up in knots.
Just remember it to the extent that it is comfortable.
Allow a few minutes remembering about that incident, person, experience.
Cry, sob, or laugh if you need to allow your physical body to also remember.
But do not dwell on the old story at any length for that will only make the story stronger inside you.
After all, you do not want to make the knots any tighter.
This process is going to untie these old knots and set you free.
Please note that ForGIVEness is NOT excusing, justifying, or rationalizing.
ForGIVEness IS letting go the snarled knots in your own heart, mind, soul and body so YOU can move on.
It does not matter what the other person or persons do, think, or say.
It is between YOU and YOUR very own SELF.
Step 3
MAGIC BREATH
Remember angel and fairy stories from your childhood?
Well, My Brave & Courageous Friend, just imagine these magic golden particles over your head.
Imagine shimmering golden particles right over the top of your head.
Then BREATHE these wonderful golden particles into the top of your head.
You might see it, or feel it, or just imagine it.
Or maybe just wish for it or fantasize it.
All are OK and will give you good results.
Breathe IN through your nose ~ and OUT SLOWLY through your mouth.
Step 4
Next, breathe the magic golden particles into the center of your head… sometimes called your 3rd eye, your pineal gland, or the seat of your soul.
You will probably want to close your eyes and concentrate while enjoying this magical journey.
Step 5
Next breathe the magic golden particles into the center of your chest – just above your physical heart.
This area is where your thymus gland is – sometimes referred to as the center of your immune system.
This is also the place where you thump your chest when you are playing gorilla.
STEP 6
Now, breathe the magic golden particles into your heart – in the center of your chest.
Imagine breathing them OUT through your heart.
Imagine yourself lighting up like a light bulb with a beautiful golden glow.
STEP 7
On the next breaths, breathe the magic golden particles throughout your whole body.
With each breath, just bring in more and more of the magic golden particles into your body and circulate them round and round.
If you can’t see or feel, them, just pretend.
That will work equally well.

You can start with this breathing 5 times.
Over time, you can gradually increase til you are doing 50 times each and every day – some in the morning, some before bedtime.
This magic golden particle breathing can clean out your whole system, relax you, and make you new again.
Doing this magic golden particle breathing can give you a fresh outlook on life and so many things in your very own special experience of life.

Extra !
If you like to, you can hum or sing some song or play some music that makes you feel good.
Or just “tone” – meaning hum any sound out loud for as long as you like.
Make a little prayer, and ask The Angels of ForGIVEness again to help you untie the knots, snarls and entanglements from inside you.
You can do this process as often or as little as you like.
